Return & Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may request to return them within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
The returned order must meet the following conditions:

The order must contain all appropriate parts, components, and original packaging.

The product may only show signs of normal handling. Damage caused by careless or improper handling is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please notify us and provide photographic evidence.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Gary & Susan does not provide free returns unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Once a return has been received, it will generally be inspected and processed within 7 working days.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if it does not meet the conditions above or if we reasonably believe that the item has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
How can I return my order?

We will then provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Do not send your return to the address shown on the original shipment or package unless we specifically instruct you to do so. You will receive the appropriate return address after your return request has been submitted.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day on which they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Gary & Susan, operated by Producten van Loek, through a clear statement, such as by email, communicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are placed, we may not be able to stop an order that has already been processed or shipped. If shipment can no longer be stopped, you may exercise any applicable return or withdrawal rights after receiving the goods.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by us, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
Shipments in Transit
Once an order has been processed and handed over for shipment, we may no longer be able to cancel or intercept it.
If your order is already in transit, please wait until it has been delivered and then follow the return procedure above. You may contact us beforehand to inform us that you intend to return the order.
We recommend retaining your return shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise or Gary & Susan explicitly agrees to cover them.
Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team. Depending on the product and fulfillment location, this may be a warehouse outside the customer's country of residence.
