Shipping Policy

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

  • Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week, processing is usually completed within one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery takes an average of 5–12 working days.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at Gary & Susan is designed to be as simple as possible.

First, go to the product page and add the product you would like to purchase to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Please check that you have selected the correct product and variants. If everything is correct, proceed to checkout.

On the Information page, enter your delivery details and make sure all information is correct before continuing to shipping.

On the Shipping page, you will have the opportunity to review the address details you entered.

Once everything is correct, you can proceed to payment.

Depending on availability, you may be able to choose from several secure payment methods during checkout. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers.

Once you have selected your preferred payment method, follow the instructions displayed during checkout to complete your order.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on orders placed through garyandsusan.com.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a specific promotion.

Shipping Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we work to process and dispatch it as quickly as possible.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, or our closure sale, processing and shipping may occasionally take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or unusually high shipping volumes.
