At Gary & Susan, we want checking out to be as easy as possible. Below you'll find all the ways you can pay.

Currency

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.

American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.

Payment Security

Keeping your information safe is something we take seriously. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers and protected with industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Billing Descriptor

When you complete a purchase, the charge on your bank or card statement may appear as "PRODUCTS BY NIEK" or "GARY & SUSAN", depending on your payment provider. If you see either of these and don't recognize it, that's us — please get in touch before disputing the charge so we can help.

Billing and Receipts

After your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your payment details. Need a formal invoice? Just reach out and we'll get one sent over.

Refunds
